For more control over your subscriptions, edit your profile after logging in with your email and password and selecting the appropriate tab. Can I get a refund from Keto?
It is our regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since your purchase. Your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a refund. It also needs to be in its original packaging. All we need from you is your Order ID or other form of proof of purchase so that we can process your return.
How do I get a refund on my Keto Cycle?
Get in touch with our customer service department within 14 days of purchase and explain the specific reason you’re requesting a refund. If the product turns out to be defective, we’ll need you to show us why.
What to say to cancel an order?
Explain why you’re cancelling the order and provide the order number. Make sure the reader can track down your original order with the information you provide. Make the necessary changes to your payment schedule. Apologize and show gratitude if necessary.
