For an initial application of K-Seal, it may take until the next day or two for the sealant to completely dry and harden. If you are applying it to an existing crack in your concrete slab that has already been subjected to moisture infiltration, it will likely take longer than just 24 hours for the sealant to harden and begin preventing additional moisture from coming through. In this case, the timing of when your crack repairs “stop working” may vary depending on how long it took for water infiltration to begin after you initially poured the concrete slab.
